  • Change or cancel of reservation can be done online through our website. (by 15:00 of the previous day)
  • For cancellations after 15:00 of the previous day, you must call the [Lake Biwa Cruise Reservation Center] TEL 077-524-5000

  • <Payment on-site> Otsu Port : JCB, VISA, AMEX, MASTER, NICOS, Diner’s Club, Union Pay, ICOCA, electronic money and QR payments(some exceptions) are available. In addition, transportation IC cards cannot be recharged at the counter, so please recharge in advance. On-board Michigan : Cash + PayPay only.
  • <Luggage service> There are coin lockers at the waiting room of Otsu Port, if necessary.
  • <Customers with infants> We have a Nursing Room and space for changing diapers. For more information, ask the cabin crew or refer to the guide map.
  • <Wheelchair accessibility> Wheelchair access available from 1F to 3F (1F-3F/Elevator, 1 barrier-free toilet available on 1F) 4F Sky deck accessible by stairs only.
  • <Wheelchair accessibility> 2 Barrier-free toilets available at Otsu Port Terminal.
  • Bicycles may not be brought on-board.
